教宗方濟各將於2017年9月27日(星期三)為國際明愛會推動為期兩年的「分享旅程運動」(Share the Journey campaign)正式開始揭幕！

我們台灣教會願同心合意地配合教宗方濟各，並將此活動提前於9月24日主日當天感恩祭開始舉行！台灣明愛會為響應及推廣此運動，已經為大家把運動相關資料內容譯成中文，提供教會內各團體參用，並特別邀請教區與堂區明愛共同推動這具有「文化相遇」意涵的活動。期盼我們一起來回應教宗方濟各的呼籲，瞭解、認識移民與難民的情況，進而改變我們對遷移人的態度。

國際明愛會主席塔格萊樞機主教也期望透過這次的運動，使教會團體及社區能以開放的心去與移民和難民建立良好的人際關係。

台灣明愛會籌備小組於近日內將寄送「分享旅程運動」手冊及海報至教會各團體，邀請每一位天主的兒女參與，並能意識到我們對「分享旅程運動」的責任及使命，在未來兩年運動進行期間，明愛會亦將繼續製備及公告寄送相關活動資料，更歡迎大家主動踴躍聯繫索取！

Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ!

Peace!

     On September 27, 2017(Wednesday), our beloved Pope Francis will launch “Share the Journey” campaign in Rome through Caritas Internationalis.

     This two years campaign embraces Pope Francis’ call to join the ‘culture of encounter’ or a culture of welcome to make a positive difference to everyone with experience of migration.  Caritas would like more people will hear and understand the reasons why people migrate and hopes that this encounter will contribute positive changes about migration.

Caritas President, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle hopes that this campaign will inspire communities to build relationships with refugees and migrants.  Migration is a very old story but this campaign aims to help communities see it with new eyes and an open heart.

     In solidarity with Pope Francis, Caritas Taiwan has the honor of translating the campaign materials to be distributed in the Diocese and parishes to celebrate its advance launching in Taiwan on September 24, 2017(Sunday) during the Eucharistic celebrations.

     We are sending you the pamphlets that will explain further the essence of this campaign.  We also hope that #sharejourney Prayer will be prayed in the Masses as gesture of harmony with the refugees and migrants.

     Within this two years campaign period, Caritas Taiwan will continue to inform you of the succeeding activities related to this campaign.

親愛的明愛會朋友們：

我很高興成為好消息的送信人，教宗方濟各將於2017年9月27日向全球推出我們的「分享旅程運動」(Share the Journey campaign)。

我們邀請所有的堂區、教區和全國機構與教宗方濟各一起，在同一天，在你們國內同步推出我們的全球運動。

我們這個運動的目標是在那些移民和難民社區中推動文化接觸；為那些正要離開家園與正要回歸家鄉的人們促進文化相遇，他們或許只是途經社區、亦或許決定停留下來以此為家的移民和難民們！

在這個人群大規模移動且全球疑慮的時代，我們以個人、社區和國家的立場，要自問一個最重的問題：「我會允許恐懼一直佔據在我心中嗎？還是讓希望當家？」

透過「分享旅程」，我們希望消除恐懼，並了解為什麼有這麼多人在這個時候離開家園。我們也鼓勵教會團體與難民和移民建立關係；我們要放射一道光芒來領路。移民是一個非常古老的故事，但我們的運動旨在幫助教會團體用新的眼光和開放的心胸來看它。

教宗方濟各在【願祢受讚頌】通諭中寫道:「只需要一個恢復希望的善心人！」試想，如果不只是一個人而是一整個組織，是有165個組織，手連手、心連心，在全球連結，形成一個愛和憐憫的人類鏈呢？

國際明愛會有一個共融和愛的使命，我們常要回到這一點。在2015年全球大會中，我們決定團結一致投入一項全球運動。只有做為一個團結的組織聯盟，我們才真正有力量來改變事務。引用教宗方濟各的話來說，「當『我們』存在時，一場變革就開始了」。

「分享旅程運動」讓我們有機會提醒自己和他人一些事實，教會受召喚給予移民和難民天主的款待；但是我們必須記住，主人並不是一個人或一個國家，現在是我們回歸聖經觀點的時候，亦即天主是主人。我們也必須記住，當我們向移民和難民敞開心扉時，我們也正在歡迎基督。

當今世界上的移民和難民正在旅途中呼喚我們，我以國際明愛會的名義，邀請大家加入「分享旅程運動」，經由文化接觸的共融與互動，我們將會找到通往和平的道路。

Dear Caritas Friends,

I am very happy to be the bearer of good news: Pope Francis will launch our Share the Journey campaign to the world on 27th September 2017.

We invite all of your parish, diocesan and national organisations to accompany Pope Francis by launching our global campaign in your countries on this same day.

The aim of our campaign is to promote the culture of encounter in communities where migrants and refugees leave and return to, where they travel through and where they choose to make their homes.

One of the most important questions we can ask ourselves as individuals, communities and countries at this time of mass movements of people and global doubt is “do I allow fear to prevail in my heart, or do I allow hope to reign?”

Through Share the Journey we hope to dispel fear and understand why so many people are leaving their homes at this time in history. We also want to inspire communities to build relationships with refugees and migrants. We want to shine a light and lead the way. Migration is a very old story but our campaign aims to help communities see it with new eyes and an open heart.

In his encyclical Laudato Sì, Pope Francis wrote, “All it takes is one good person to restore hope!” Imagine if it’s not just one person, but a whole organisation. And what if, rather than one organisation, 165 organisations are joined together with their arms and hearts open across the globe, forming a human chain of love and mercy?

Caritas Internationalis has a destiny of communion and love and we are repeatedly called back to this. We decided together we must invest our united efforts in a global campaign at the 2015 General Assembly. It is only as a united confederation of organisations that we have a real power to change things. In the words of Pope Francis, “When there is an “us”, a revolution begins.”

Our campaign gives us an opportunity to remind ourselves and others of certain truths. The Church is called to exercise the hospitality of God towards migrants and refugees. But we must remember that not one person or country is a host. It is time for all of us to recover the profound biblical insight that God is the host. We must also remember that it is Christ we are welcoming when we open our hearts to migrants and refugees.

The migrants and refugees in our world today are calling us on a journey. In the name of Caritas Internationalis, I invite you all to join the Share the Journey campaign so that through the culture of encounter we will find the road to peace.

一、什麼是「分享旅程運動」？

    「分享旅程運動」(Share the Journey campaign)最主要的想法，是希望把全球人類大家庭團結起來。我們的重點放在人的離開、遷移和寄住等群體的共同旅程。我們的群眾意識活動，促進了移民和社群彼此相聚，分享人生故事及經驗的機會和空間，而其目的則是為增強移民間和社群間的關聯。

二、這運動由誰來負責主辦？

    是由國際明愛會負責主辦。明愛會是一個全球性的聯盟組織，共有165個國家性的發展機構。我們是天主教會愛的手臂，我們聯合起來，共同在教區、全國、地區和國際間為貧窮、移民、氣候變遷、飢餓、健康和急迫的問題上合作。

三、教宗方濟各如何參與此運動？

    教宗方濟各將於2017年9月27日在聖伯多祿廣場投入此一運動。他會在當天邀請全世界每一個人加入與難民和移民一起的「分享旅程運動」。

四、明愛會為何要發起這運動？

    教宗方濟各曾無數次提出請求，要大家推動「相遇的文化」，來對抗今天世上的冷漠文化。意思是要大家從他人的眼光來看世事，而不是轉過頭去，視而不見。「不是只看，而是要看見。不是只聽，而是要聽到。不是只擦肩而過，而是要停下腳步。不是只說：『好可憐的窮人』，而是要讓自己被憐憫所感而有所行動。」

五、這運動會持續多長時間？

    「分享旅程運動」從2017年9月27日開始，直到2019年9月結束。

六、參與運動的是那些人？

    明愛會所有的會員機構都受邀在地方和全國推動此一運動，他們要主辦各種大小活動。主教團和信仰團體都受邀與會員們一起分享明愛會推動此運動的資源。

七、你們希望有什麼樣的改變？

    我們要致力於建立更堅強的團體，更包容的社會。這運動要推動「相遇的文化」。我們的目標是要增加移民和團體彼此相聚、互相了解的機會和空間。

八、那些人可以參加此一運動？

    只要有興趣，任何人都可以參加。我們特別邀請有移民經驗的人，他們可以來分享他們的旅程，不論他們是移民或是受到移居影響的社群。

1.     What is the Share the Journey campaign?

        Share the Journey has at its heart the vision of a united global human family. Our focus is on our joint journey as people on the move in departure, transit and host communities. Our public awareness campaign promotes opportunities and spaces for migrants and communities to come together and share stories and experiences with the aim of strengthening the bonds between migrants and communities.

2.     Who is running the campaign?

       Caritas Internationalis runs the campaign. We are a global confederation of 165 national development agencies. We are the charitable arm of the Catholic Church and our confederation works at diocesan, national, regional and international level on issues such as poverty, migration, climate change, hunger, health and emergencies.

3.     How is Pope Francis involved?

        Pope Francis will launch the campaign from Saint Peter’s    Square on 27th September 2017. On that day he will invite everyone around the world to “Share the Journey” with        refugees and migrants.

4.     Why is Caritas running the campaign?

        Pope Francis has made numerous appeals to promote the culture of encounter in an effort to combat the culture of         indifference in the world today. It means seeing through the    eyes of others rather than turning a blind eye. “Not just to         see but to look. Not just to hear but to listen. Not just to         meet and pass by, but to stop. And don’t just say ‘what a     shame, poor people,’ but allow ourselves to be moved by         pity.” – Pope Francis.

5.     How long does will the campaign run?

       Share the Journey starts on 27th September 2017 and runs until September 2019.

6.     Who is involved?

        All Caritas member organisations are invited to promote the campaign at local and national level by organising events and activities. Bishops conferences and faith-based organisations are invited to share our materials with their audiences.

7.     What change are you asking for?

       We want to contribute to the building of stronger communities and more inclusive societies. The campaign promotes “the culture of encounter”. We aim to increase   the spaces and opportunities for migrants and communities     to come together and learn about each other.

8.     Who can join the campaign?

        Anyone who is interested can join the campaign. We invite in particular people with an experience of migration who can be invited to share their journey, whether they are migrants or communities affected by migration.

9.     Why should I join the campaign?

        If you are passionate about migration and interested in      what’s happening in our world, then this is a campaign where you can make a difference at all levels. This is an opportunity to share something of yourself and offer it up in friendship in exchange for friendship and a journey of discovery.

10.  How can I make a difference?

       You can organise an event in your community. You can pray. You can advocate to your government on migration. You can share our materials on social media and take a “reaching       out” photo in support of the campaign and share on your social media accounts. You can donate to migration projects through your diocesan or national Caritas.

11.  What resources do you offer to campaign supporters?
